Processing & Pre-Orders

All BATCH 001 items are available for pre-order. Pre-orders ship from 03.09.2026. In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days from our fulfillment location in Austria. You will receive a shipping confirmation ("FORGE TRANSMISSION") with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the forge.

European Union

Free shipping on orders over €150.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. During drop periods, processing may take slightly longer — every piece is checked by hand before it leaves.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery, payable by the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. CELLFORGE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, reach out — we'll investigate.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
